Laminating
Stokvis Tapes is able to either make your products self-adhesive or laminate tapes to each other. Whether it is one layer or five, Stokvis Tapes can bring your ideas to life. Versatility of equipment enables us to produce a variety of products that are not available from most major manufacturers. We can laminate and convert materials up to 1600 mm wide. Patterned and zoned laminations can be accomplished to meet the most difficult applications. Our heat laminators help to bond difficult material together.
With our range of wide and small width laminators we can:
- Laminate a double sided tape on your film, foil, foam or paper in both roll as well as sheet form to create your own self-adhesive product
- Laminate tape to tape to solve your bonding problems
- Laminate a single sided tape to your material either to give your material different finish (e.g. gloss, matt, textured) or to stiffen it.
- Laminate in zones to create adhesive free areas
- Laminate extended liners for quick removal
Our engineers will help you select the tape that will meet your requirements, prepare a sample for your own evaluation and set up the specification of the laminating process. Heat, antistatic or corona treatments are possible to bond difficult surfaces. Cleanroom lamination is possible for very sensitive materials and processes.
