Structural bonding acrylic foam tapes can withstand the high temperatures during the powder coating process. Our structural bonding tapes combine three functions in one high quality and easy to apply product. Firstly, the unique bond strength can replace rivets, screws, welding, etc. Secondly, the solid structure of the structural bonding tape avoids the use of silicones or other liquids to seal the seams. Finally, structural bonding tapes will reduce vibration and avoid corrosion.
Single sided tapes for high and low temperatures can be removed after painting or powder coating processes. Products are available in die-cuts and rolls can be supplied in any width (from 2mm upwards) to speed up you production process. The product range consist of: paper masking, polyester, polyimide, PTFE tapes.
